Although my main approach is CBT, I am trained in psychodynamic and person centred counselling which enables me to work in an integrative way and to draw from all three therapeutic modalities when necessary, depending on your individual needs.
I have over eight years experience in the counselling field, working at the Blue Tree clinic in London, my private practice in Gloucestershire and for the NHS Let’s Talk Service.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). I am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
